Minimum Requirements (applies to both posts)
- Grade 12 Certificate / Standard 10 / NQF Level 4 / N3
- Computer literacy: MS Excel & MS Word
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to interpret data and perform basic analytics
- DHIS/Tier.net Certificate (advantage)
- Good communication, verbal and reporting skills
- Strong planning, organising, and numerical skills
- Knowledge of:
- PFMA
- Treasury Regulations
- Public Service Acts
- Records Management Acts
- PAIA
- National Core Standards
Duties (for both posts)
- Receive and verify data from various sections/wards
- Collect and check HTS registers for completeness and correctness
- Capture patient data daily on Tier.net
- Capture PCR data on Tier
- Liaise with wards to correct data discrepancies
- Report discrepancies to the Operational Manager
- Collect data tools (OPD tick registers, headcount, theatre, delivery registers) for recounting
- Capture complaints, PEC and PSI
- Capture data onto webDHIS, Tier.net, SAP HIS
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Perform additional duties as delegated
- Comply with Performance Management and Development System (PMDS)
