Minimum Requirements (applies to both posts)

• Grade 12 Certificate / Standard 10 / NQF Level 4 / N3
• Computer literacy: MS Excel & MS Word
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to interpret data and perform basic analytics
• DHIS/Tier.net Certificate (advantage)
• Good communication, verbal and reporting skills
• Strong planning, organising, and numerical skills
• Knowledge of:
• PFMA
• Treasury Regulations
• Public Service Acts
• Records Management Acts
• PAIA
• National Core Standards

Duties (for both posts)

• Receive and verify data from various sections/wards
• Collect and check HTS registers for completeness and correctness
• Capture patient data daily on Tier.net
• Capture PCR data on Tier
• Liaise with wards to correct data discrepancies
• Report discrepancies to the Operational Manager
• Collect data tools (OPD tick registers, headcount, theatre, delivery registers) for recounting
• Capture complaints, PEC and PSI
• Capture data onto webDHIS, Tier.net, SAP HIS
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Perform additional duties as delegated
• Comply with Performance Management and Development System (PMDS)
