Payroll Supervisor Required in Cape Town


 

Introduction

We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor to work in Cape Town. 

Duties & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and maintain payroll administration processes and procedures.
  • Monitor legislative changes and implement.
  • Sign off variance reports for all payrolls.
  • Review all payroll accounting reconciliations.
  • Lead payroll processes.
  • Review monthly reports for accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement of payroll processing within the HPL&R group
  • Implement all increase in accordance with applicable rules.
  • IRP 5 5 submissions
  • Annual COID returns
  • Monthly UIF Declarations 
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationship with all heads across the Group.
  • Manage the timeous resolution of payroll queries by attending to escalated queries and reviewing unresolved queries.
  • Staff Benefit and Compensation communication to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Input into annual departmental budget
  • Contribute to capacity planning for department.
  • Conduct performance reviews to measure performance against agreed objectives.
  • Lead on all payroll projects within the Group

Desired Experience & Qualification

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • 10 years’ experience within an SAP environment
  • 5 years payroll supervisory experience

  • Advanced Excel
  • SAP Payroll
  • Personnel administration
