Qualifications & Requirements
- Completed Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- South African citizenship.
- Age: 18-34.
- Must meet the Employment Equity (EE) requirements.
- Must be available to work full-time for the 12-month period.
- Keen interest in the Transport and Logistics industry.
- Must be unemployed and not enrolled in any academic studies for 2025.
- Must not have participated in the YES Programme previously.
- Participate in a structured 12-month programme comprising 25 theoretical and practical modules.
- Complete all modules on the YES platform.
- Submit a portfolio of evidence upon programme completion.
- Self-reliant, determined, and committed.
- Accountable and responsible.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Punctual and proficient in English.
