Job Description:
Join our NCAMA Learnership Program, a 12-month fixed-term contract offering a combination of institutionalized and on-the-job training. This program is designed for unemployed individuals under 35 who are eager to learn, with a focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Efficiency in an industrial setting. Gain hands-on experience while developing essential skills to enhance your career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured training as per learnership qualification and company standards.
 - Adhere to safety and quality guidelines to meet business objectives.
 - Learn to operate tools and equipment for specialized processes.
 - Maintain adherence to timeframes and workplace procedures.
 - Contribute to process improvements for efficiency in production.
 - Support production teams and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
 - Demonstrate integrity in work tasks and identify areas for improvement.
 
Performance Measures:
- Successfully complete the approved training program as required by FMCSA and MerSeta.
 - Follow the prescribed training schedule to achieve competency.
 - Complete the learnership within the 12-month period.
 - Rotate shifts to gain additional exposure and experience.

- Grade 12 Certificate with a pass in Pure Mathematics and English (Math Literacy not accepted).
