Job Description:
As a Courier (Code 08) at FedEx, you will be responsible for completing operational processes at both station and hub locations, which may include ramp and sort operations, courier dispatch, and pickup and delivery services. Your role will ensure that all processes are completed safely and on time, while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
On-road operations including Ground Ops, Dispatch, and Delivery.
Handling both domestic and international pick-up and delivery.
Supporting customer service efforts through timely and accurate deliveries.
Working effectively within a team to solve problems and ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
