About the Opportunity
Eskom Academy of Learning is offering an exciting development opportunity for 10 Learner Hospitality professionals. This 24-month programme provides hands-on exposure within a high-performance hospitality environment, supporting the Executive Chef in both operational and administrative areas.
Key Responsibilities
As a Hospitality Learner, you will gain experience and contribute to:
- Preparing and producing food in line with quality standards
- Managing and controlling stock within kitchen operations
- Providing administrative support & implementing ISO standards
- Delivering high-quality customer service
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Minimum Requirements
Qualification:
A National Diploma / National N Diploma (NQF Level 6, 240 credits) in:
- Catering Management
- Hospitality and Catering Services
- Hotel School Qualification
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working across all kitchen departments
