Our Beverages Division is seeking a reliable and safety-driven Forklift Driver to join the Logistics Team in Pretoria West. If you take pride in clean operations, accurate stock handling, and smooth warehouse flow, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Inventory & Stock Handling
- Perform daily cycle counts and support monthly stock takes of pallets and crates.
- Inspect all received materials and complete the relevant checklists.
- Load and offload correct products in the right quantities for customers.
- Receive, supply, and store pallets & crates in their designated areas.
Safety & Equipment Care
- Operate forklifts strictly according to SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Conduct daily forklift checks and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Report all safety non-conformances to the supervisor.
Documentation & Admin
- Keep accurate records of all pallet/crate movements.
- Complete and maintain equipment usage logs and inspection checklists.
- Capture received stock on SAP and reconcile with the Admin Team.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 equivalent
- Valid Forklift Counterbalance Licence
Experience & Skills
- 2 years’ forklift operating experience in a warehouse, operations, or stores environment
- Basic computer literacy (SAP advantageous)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Effective problem-solving ability
- High level of integrity and reliability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and public holidays when required
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Safety Regulations and HACCP principles
